Residential Development
We support the progression of new-build residential schemes, working with relevant stakeholders to coordinate development priorities, assess delivery considerations and help move projects towards implementation.
Funding & Development Strategy
We help project teams explore potential funding routes and connect with relevant finance contacts and partners. Our role may include helping shape project information and facilitating introductions, with the specific scope agreed for each opportunity. Funding remains subject to the requirements, due diligence and decisions of the relevant finance providers.
Main Contracting
As main contractor, Creystone Group coordinates construction delivery and works with project stakeholders and specialist subcontractors to manage site activities, programme, quality and commercial requirements in line with the agreed project scope.
Sustainability, Waste & Ecology Coordination
Where relevant to a project, we consider practical approaches to resource efficiency and construction waste management and coordinate with qualified specialists on ecology and biodiversity matters. Specialist assessments and regulated services are undertaken by appropriately qualified providers where required.
